RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about State Farm insurance products and services, including auto, home, and life insurance.
- Build and develop customer relationships within the community.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and coverage options.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses to questions and concerns.
- Act as a liaison between customers and State Farm to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Proactively market relevant insurance products and services to meet customer needs.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet goals.
- Support daily business operations of the agency to contribute to overall success.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills; people-oriented and able to effectively relate to customers.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred (e.g., outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license & Life and Health license required in first 90 days.
- Commitment to staying current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education.
Compensation: $36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
